Welcome to the DM Leadership Development Program Part Two (DMLII)! You should have done part one (DMLI) already, so you are familiar with the course and with me. However, here follows a brief presentation of this course:

The Goal of the Leadership Development Program is to help leaders to identify their strengths and weaknesses as leaders and to give them knowledge and tools to improve their leadership abilities.
