Welcome to the DM Leadership Development Program Part One (DMLI)! Here follows a breif presentation of this course:
The Goal of the Leadership Development Program is to help leaders to identify their strengths and weaknesses as leaders and to give them knowledge and tools to improve their leadership abilities.

The Leadership Development Program is divided in three separate parts. The first part, “Leadership Development Program part one” (DMLI) will be 6 weeks.1/2-12/3 2010. (Equivalent to 2 weeks full time) Expect to spend 2 – 3 hours daily for studies.
The second part will be the time between the two courses. During this time you will be expected to work on your self-development as a leader according to the plan you have worked out yourself in the first course.
The third part Leadership Development Program part two (DMLII) will be 4 weeks. September 27th – November5th (Equivalent to 1,5 weeks full time). Expect again to spend 2 – 3 hours daily for studies. This time a few more topics will be covered and your progress towards your leadership goals will be evaluated.
