Welcome to the Audience Relations II Course! This is a course that follows DM Audience Relations I and I look forward to interesting interaction with you all during this course. Here is a brief presentation of this course.

- Crisis reactions
- Counselling
- Debriefing
- Counselling for the Counsellor
- Connections with the local churches
- Organizing follow-up work
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- Characterise the different types of personalities among people and know how to deal with them
- Explain what happens with a person in crisis and how to help during the different phases
- Do counselling work
- Explain what is meant by felt needs and real needs, and how to act as a helper/counsellor.
- Perform a debriefing
- Be an active listener when discussing with people
- Be aware of the necessity of Counselling for the Counsellor
- Organise a good follow-up work
- Organise listeners clubs
