DM Audience Relations I

Welcome to the DMAR1 Course. Have you ever thought about how to deal with different issues with listeners or viewers have after the message being communicated? In this course you will have time to think a lot about this.

Here follows a brief presentation of this course.

Major areas covered:

  • What happens after a programme

  • Feedback – communication loops

  • Means of helping a listener, different ways of communicating

  • Counselling – the basic principles

  • Motivation

At the end of the unit the student will be able to:

  • State different ways in which you can get feedback from your listeners and the importance of it.

  • Define the possibilities and limits of helping a listener

  • Do basic counselling

  • Characterise different types of letters

  • Answer letters
